With thin straps and an A-line silhouette, the Varanda Curto Dress is entirely handmade in crochet — a blend of open and textured stitches that trace the body with lightness, authenticity, and a hint of celebration.
Short in length but rich in detail, the piece honors the handmade as a language of elegance and freshness.
Part of the new Alpendre collection, presented at the 2024 DFB Festival, this dress is inspired by the porches of the Ceará countryside — places of pause, encounter, and quiet observation of time. Between inside and out, silence and conversation, craftsmanship transforms into fashion that watches and reinvents, drawing from the architecture of rural homes and the gestures of those who create.
Created in collaboration with the artisans of the Vai Maria project, Alpendre is a celebration of roots and reinvention — of hands that weave belonging and future. Come in — on this porch, you’re already home.
